- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 18 de octubre de 1994, proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, por medio de la cual confirmó la de la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, de fecha 1o. de septiembre de 1994.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en guarda del derecho a la intimidad de las familias AA y XX, se omitan sus nombres en toda publicación de la presente decisión.
- TERCERO. LIBRAR por secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
