- PRIMERO. REVOCAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia proferida por el Juez
- Quinto. Civil del Circuito de Palmira, con fecha 07 de septiembre de 2001, y en su lugar CONCEDER PARCIALMENTE la tutela por la violacion a los derechos fundamentales indicados en la parte motiva de esta sentencia y ORDENAR que en el terminado de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas se le permita a la solicitante y a su familia el libre acceso a la Urbanizacion Campestre, sin ninguna restriccion a la entrada de la misma.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
