CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de San Juan del Cesar (Guajira), el 23 de mayo de 2002 y la Sala Civil-Familia-Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Riohacha (Guajira), el 8 de julio del mismo año, en la acción de tutela de la referencia.
