- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo adoptado por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca el 26 de marzo de 2001, mediante el cual denegó la acción de tutela promovida a través de apoderado por la señora María de la Cruz Silva de Claros contra el Juzgado
- Sexto. de Familia de Bogotá, por las razones consignadas en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
