- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Confirmar por las razones expuestas, la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fé de Bogotá, el día 17 de agosto de 1993, por medio de la cual se denegó la demanda de tutela formulada por los ciudadanos Jairo Rodrigo Peña y Fabio Albornoz.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese por Secretaría el contenido de la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior de Santa Fé de Bogotá, para que sea notificada a las partes conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
