- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo del Juzgado 16 Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, de 16 de septiembre de 1993, pero por las razones expuestas en la presente sentencia. En consecuencia, no se concede la tutela demandada por el señor ARMANDO BRICEÑO BOHORQUEZ contra las casas de la Fundación Eudes.
- Segundo. SOLICITAR al Ministerio de Salud su intervención inmediata, para el control y vigilancia de las casas de la Fundación Eudes, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente sentencia al Juzgado 16 Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
