PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 22 de octubre de 2003 del Juzgado 1º Laboral del Circuito de Medellín y, en consecuencia, NEGAR la tutela al derecho a la salud en conexidad con la vida en condiciones dignas de la señora Mery del Socorro Hernández.
SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
