- PRIMERO. DENEGAR, por las razones expuestas, la tutela interpuesta por Nelson Lara Rangel contra la Sociedad Portuaria de Santa Marta y, en consecuencia, REVOCAR el fallo de septiembre 21 de 1995, proferido por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Santa Marta.
- SEGUNDO. LIBERESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
