Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Consejo de Estado Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo - Seccion Segunda, Subseccion "B"-, el 30 de agosto de 2001 y, en su lugar, CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido, el 4 de julio de 2001, por el Tribunal Administrativo de Santander, adicionandose dicho fallo de la siguiente forma:
ORDENASE al director del Seguro Social, Seccional Santander, o quien haga sus veces, si aun no lo hubiere hecho, que, en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, emita, si estan cumplidos los requisitos, el acto administrativo que decida conforme a la ley, y sin detrimento alguno de los derechos de la senora Aura Rosa Cetina Cadena, el derecho a la pension de jubilacion.
Segundo. Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
