- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspension de los terminos en la presente accion, que se habia dispuesto mediante auto de octubre 24 de 2007.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR, pero por carencia actual de objeto, el fallo proferido en mayo 29 de 2007 por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, Sala Civil, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Eilinn del Rocio Orozco Cabrera, contra la Secretaria Distrital de Salud de Bogota y Accion Social, en cuanto revoco la sentencia de marzo 22 de 2007 dictada por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de la misma ciudad y, en su lugar, denego la tutela solicitada.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRESE la comunicacion a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
