PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el numeral
primero. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, el 21 de agosto de 2001, en la tutela de la referencia.
SEGUNDO. ADICIONAR el numeral
segundo. del mencionado fallo en el sentido de que el Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República proceda, en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas, a recaudar las pruebas e informaciones que faltaren. Y, si ya lo hizo, en el mismo término resolverá de fondo sobre la petición de reconocimiento de la pensión del señor Zósimo Gómez Alvarez.
TERCERO. Por Secretaria, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
