- R E SU E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado 2 Civil Municipal de Manizales, dentro de la tutela de la referencia y en su lugar CONCEDERLA, ordenándose al Director General de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas se entregue a JORGE MENDEZ GIRALDO los medicamentos que el médico tratante le formule.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría se librará la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos del caso.
