- Primero. CONFIRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Penal Municipal de Frontino (Antioquia), por existir carencia actual del objeto. Sin embargo, PREVENGASE a la Normal Superior "Miguel Angel Alvarez", para que en lo sucesivo se abstenga de aplicar la disposicion contenida en el titulo 7.5.5. orientaciones y normas complementarias, numeral 7.5.5.12 del Manual de Convivencia por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE por secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
