- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 28 de julio de 1994, proferido por la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mediante el cual se tutelaron los derechos al debido proceso, a la familia, al honor y al buen nombre de los peticionarios, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
