Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
Primero. Promiscuo del Circuito de San Juan del Cesar, Guajira, el nueve (9) de mayo de dos mil (2000) y por el Tribunal Superior de Riohacha-Guajira, de treinta (30) de mayo de dos mil (2000) en el expediente T-356 037, en cuanto denegaron la solicitud de tutela de la accionante ENELDA CARDENAS DAZA contra el HOSPITAL SAN AGUSTIN DE FONSECA E.S.E, GUAJIRA.
Segundo. CONCEDER la proteccion solicitada por la accionante ENELDA CARDENAS DAZA en la demanda de tutela interpuesta contra el HOSPITAL SAN AGUSTIN DE FONSECA E.S.E, GUAJIRA.
Tercero. ORDENAR al senor Gerente del HOSPITAL SAN AGUSTIN DE FONSECA E.S.E, GUAJIRA que, en el termino maximo de un mes, contado a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar la totalidad de los salarios adeudados a la actora ENELDA CARDENAS DAZA.
Cuarto. PREVENIR al ente demandado para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones que generaron la instauracion de la presente accion de tutela.
Quinto. DAR cumplimiento por Secretaria General a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
