- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Medellín, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de ésta providencia.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Seguro Social -Seccional Antioquia- para que, en el futuro, se abstenga de incurrir en conductas como la que dio origen a la instauración de la demanda, que lesionan gravemente derechos fundamentales e inclusive ponen en peligro la vida de afiliados y beneficiarios.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General se compulsen copias de esta sentencia y del expediente respectivo, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y a la Fiscalía, para lo de sus competencias. Estos organismos informarán a la Corte Constitucional sobre el desarrollo y resultado de sus investigaciones.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
