- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- REVOCASE la sentencia del 23 de octubre de 1997 proferida por el Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cordova, y en su lugar se dispone:
- Primero. DENEGAR la tutela formulada por el doctor Marco Tulio Borja Gonzalez, por los motivos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos alli contemplados.
