- Primero. DECLARAR CUMPLIDA la exigencia constitucional del artículo 167 de la Carta, en relación con la sentencia C-486 de 2002, y por lo tanto EXEQUIBLE el Proyecto de ley No. 149/01 Senado y No. 42/00 Cámara, "Por medio de la cual la Nación se asocia a la celebración de los doscientos cuarenta y dos (242) años de la fundación del municipio de Condoto en el Departamento del Chocó y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- Segundo. Disponer que se remita el proyecto al Presidente de la República para la correspondiente sanción.
