- PRIMERO. ESTARSE a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-837 de 2001, en relacion con la exequibilidad de los articulos 30, 31, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50 y 51 de la Ley 617 de 2000, unicamente en relacion con el cargo de unidad de materia.
- SEGUNDO. ESTARSE a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-540 de 2001, en relacion con la exequibilidad de los articulos 32 y 39 de la Ley 617 de 2000.
- TERCERO. INHIBIRSE de emitir pronunciamiento de fondo respecto de la constitucionalidad del articulo 70 de la Ley 617 de 2000, por las razones expuestas en el numeral 2o de la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
