- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el Acuerdo suscrito entre la Republica de Colombia y La Republica de Cuba para la prevencion, el control y la represion, del trafico ilicito de estupefacientes firmado en la ciudad de La Habana el 14 de enero de 1999 y la Ley 625 de 2000, por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho convenio en los terminos senalados en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
