- Declarar EXEQUIBLES el Convenio suscrito entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y la Universidad para la Paz "para la Creacion de un Centro Mundial de Investigacion y Capacitacion para la Solucion de Conflictos", suscrito en Bogota, el 30 de julio de 1986, asi como la Ley 438 del 25 de marzo de 1998 por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho Convenio.
