- Primero. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el articulo 2 de la Ley 89 de 1993.
- Segundo. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el articulo 7 de la Ley 89 de 1993, bajo la condicion de que se garantice la estructura democratica de la Federacion Colombiana de Ganaderos -Fedegan-, que permita a los gravados con la contribucion parafiscal de Fomento Ganadero y Lechero creada por la citada ley, su participacion en lo atinente a la administracion y recaudo de este gravamen parafiscal, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Declarase EXEQUIBLE el paragrafo 2deg del articulo 16 de la Ley 395 de 1997.
