- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el parágrafo del artículo 235 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
- Segundo. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE el inciso 2o del artículo 3o del Decreto-Ley 1651 de 1977, en el aparte que dice: "las demás personas naturales que desempeñen las funciones de que trata el artículo precedente, se denominarán funcionarios de seguridad social".
- Tercero. Esta sentencia solamente producirá efectos hacia el futuro, a partir de su ejecutoria.
