Primero. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el inciso
segundo. de la regla 1a. del artículo 1617 del Código Civil, que reza: "El interés legal se fija en seis por ciento anual", declaración que se hace en relación con todos los aspectos no estudiados en la sentencia C-367/95, del 16 de agosto de 1995, en la cual se declaró la exequibilidad frente al cargo concreto allí analizado.
Segundo. Declárase EXEQUIBLE el inciso
segundo. del artículo 2232 del Código Civil, que dice: "El interés legal se fija en un seis por ciento anual".
