- PRIMERO. Respecto al articulo 303, numeral 1, inciso 1; numeral 2, incisos 1 y 3, del decreto 663 de 1993, estarse a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-028 de febrero 2 de 1995.
- SEGUNDO. En relacion con el articulo 304, inciso 3, y los articulos 308 y 309, del decreto 663 de 1993, estarse a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-211 de abril 28 de 1994.
- TERCERO. En relacion con el articulo 306 inciso 3, y el articulo 311, incisos 1, 2, 3, y 4, y paragrafos 1 y 2, del decreto 663 de 1993, estarse a lo resuelto en la Sentencia C-037 de febrero 3 de 1994.
- CUARTO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES los apartes demandados de los numerales 2 y 3 del articulo 303 del Decreto 663 de 1993.
- QUINTO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los incisos 1, 2 y 4 y los paragrafos 1 y 2 del articulo 304, del Decreto 663 de 1993; el paragrafo 4 de dicha norma se declara EXEQUIBLE.
- SEXTO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los incisos 1, 2deg, 4deg y paragrafo del articulo 306 del Decreto 663 de 1993.
- SEPTIMO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 310 del decreto 663 de 1993, siempre y cuando sus disposiciones se sujeten y esten acordes con las definiciones de la ley, que en cumplimiento del articulo 60 de la Carta expida el legislativo.
- OCTAVO. El presente fallo tendra efectos solo a partir de la fecha de su notificacion.
