- Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la expresion "en la misma empresa, siempre que esta haya efectuado aportes a CAXDAC", contenida en el articulo 4deg del Decreto Numero 1282 del 22 de junio de 1994, "por el cual se establece el Regimen Pensional de los Aviadores Civiles".
