- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 296 de la Ley 5a. de 1992, salvo el paragrafo 2o. de dicho articulo el cual se declara INEXEQUIBLE.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los articulos 297 y 298 de la Ley 5a. de 1992.
- TERCERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 299, salvo las frases "En los eventos indicados" y "al dia siguiente", que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
- CUARTO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 300 de la Ley 5a. de 1992.
- QUINTO. Declarar INEXEQUIBLES los articulos 301, 302, 303 y 304 de la Ley 5a. de 1992.
