- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion.
- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE el articulo 4o. del Decreto Ley 2652 de 1991, salvo los numerales 3o., 4o., 5o., 6o., 7o., 9o., 10, 12, 14, 17 y 8o. en la parte que dice: "los relacionados con la organizacion y funciones internas asignadas a los distintos cargos y la regulacion de los tramites judiciales y administrativos que se adelanten en los despachos judiciales, en los aspectos no previstos por el legislador y sin perjuicio de las facultades propias de este. En ejercicio de esta atribucion, y cuando fuere conveniente, el Consejo podra establecer servicios administrativos comunes a los diferentes despachos judiciales.", que se declaran INEXEQUIBLES.
