Declarar EXEQUIBLE el tratado sobre traslado de personas condenadas para ejecucion de sentencias penales entre el Gobierno de la Republica de Colombia y el Gobierno de la Republica de Costa Rica, suscrito en Santafe de Bogota, D.C., el 15 de marzo de 1996, y la ley 404 del 16 de septiembre de 1997 que lo aprueba.
- Segundo. Comuniquese esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviesele copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la C.P.
