- Segundo. No se accede a remitir copias de lo actuado a la Comisión de Acusaciones de la Cámara de Representantes y a la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
- La presente Sentencia surte efectos a partir de su notificación y no afecta situaciones jurídicas consolidadas durante la vigencia del Decreto que se declara inexequible.
