- septimo. del Decreto 2351 de 1965, salvo el aparte que dice: o el arresto correcional que exceda de ocho (8) dias, o aun por un tiempo menor, cuando la causa de la sancion sea suficiente por si misma para justificar la extincion del contrato" respecto del cual se declara INHIBIDA.
