- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLES las expresiones acusadas de los artículos 295 y 300 del Decreto 663 de 1993.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el artículo 1.8.2.3.5 del Decreto 1730 de 1991, el cual está incorporado íntegramente en el numeral 9, ordinal p) del artículo 295 del Decreto 663 de 1993 (Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero).
