- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 652 de 2001, por medio de la cual se aprueba la "Cuarta Enmienda del Convenio Constitutivo del Fondo Monetario Internacional, adoptada por la Junta de Gobernadores del Fondo Monetario Internacional el 23 de septiembre de 1997".
- Segundo. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la "Cuarta Enmienda del Convenio Constitutivo del Fondo Monetario Internacional, adoptada por la Junta de Gobernadores del Fondo Monetario Internacional el 23 de septiembre de 1997".
- Tercero. Comuniquese esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviese copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
