Se rechazó la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-537/03 proferida por la Sala Tercera de Revisión de la Corte Constitucional por haber sido presentada en forma extemporánea.
Toda vez que la Corte entiende que para todos los efectos legales, la notificación de la providencia cuya nulidad se solicita se surtió el siete de octubre del 2003.
Por lo tanto, no cabe duda sobre el carácter extemporáneo de la presentación de la solicitud de nulidad que se estudió, puesto que fue radicada en la Secretaría General de la Corte el 31 de octubre de 2003.
Contra la presente providencia no procede recurso alguno.
