- Primero. ABSTENERSE de emitir una sentencia definitiva sobre el Proyecto de Ley ndeg 86/05 Senado - 205/04 Camara, "por medio de la cual se dicta la Ley de Teatro Colombiano, se crea el Fondo Nacional del Teatro y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- Segundo. REMITIR al Presidente de la Camara de Representantes el Proyecto de Ley ndeg 86/05 Senado - 205/04 Camara, "por medio de la cual se dicta la Ley de Teatro Colombiano, se crea el Fondo Nacional del Teatro y se dictan otras disposiciones, con el objeto de que rehaga e integre las disposiciones afectadas en terminos concordantes con el dictamen de la Corte, de conformidad con los previsto en el articulo 167 de la Constitucion y las razones expuestas en la sentencia C-856 de 2006.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que una vez el Congreso de la Republica haya cumplido lo dispuesto en el articulo 167 de la Constitucion en relacion con el Proyecto de Ley ndeg 86/05 Senado - 205/04 Camara, "por medio de la cual se dicta la Ley de Teatro Colombiano, se crea el Fondo Nacional del Teatro y se dictan otras disposiciones" lo envie nuevamente a la Corte Constitucional, para que se dicte sentencia definitiva sobre el mencionado proyecto.
