  1. Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todas las actuaciones surtidas en el proceso de tutela de la referencia, a partir del auto admisorio de la accion, proferido el Juzgado Catorce Laboral del Circuito de Bogota.
  2. Segundo. Por Secretaria REMITIR el expediente al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda, Subseccion "C", por ser el competente para tramitar el proceso.
  3. Tercero. ORDENAR, que una vez se surtan las instancias en el presente proceso, regrese el expediente a la Sala Novena de Revision de la Corte Constitucional de conformidad con las consideraciones del presente auto.
