Se negó la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia T-1085/02 proferida por la Sala Primera de Revisión de Tutelas, presentada por la Vicepresidente Jurídica del Banco Granahorrar, toda vez que esta Corte no modificó la jurisprudencia de la Sala Plena respecto de la competencia de la jurisdicción ordinaria para conocer de las diferencias surgidas en torno a la reliquidación de créditos hipotecarios, por tal razón se negará la solicitud de nulidad.

Contra este pronunciamiento no procede recurso alguno.
