  1. Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias dictadas por los Juzgados
  2. Segundo. Civil Municipal y
  3. Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Ciénaga, Magdalena, el 8 de febrero y 6 de abril de 2001, respectivamente, en virtud de la acción de tutela formulada por las docentes Nidis Cecilia Garavito Ramírez y Lidys Isabel Ulloa de la Rosa contra el municipio de Zona Bananera, Magdalena, para en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital de las accionantes.
  4. Segundo. ORDENAR, en consecuencia, al Alcalde Municipal de Zona Bananera, Magdalena que, dentro del perentorio término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, inicie los trámites y gestiones presupuestales necesarios, si es que no lo ha hecho, para obtener los recursos que permitan garantizar el pago de los salarios que se les adeudan a las docentes NIDIS CECILIA GARAVITO RAMÍREZ y LIDYS ISABEL ULLOA DE LA ROSA, sin que el pago efectivo de los mismos pueda superar los quince (15) días calendario.
  5. Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
