- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Bogotá negó la tutela solicitada por Jorge Daniel Tabarquino Bartolo contra el Comandante de la Seccional de Policía Judicial -Sijin- de la Policía Metropolitana de Bogotá, pero por la razón que se precisó en la parte considerativa de la presente sentencia (hecho superado).
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación se libren las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
