- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 25 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, el 15 de julio de 2002, y, en su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de petición al señor JOSE CASTRO MEDRANO.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al señor JORGE ENRIQUE GRIJALBA DIAZ, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente decisión, proceda a dar respuesta a la petición que el señor JOSE GABRIEL CASTRO MEDRANO le formuló el 18 de enero de 2002.
- TERCERO. LÍBRESE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
