- Revocar la sentencia proferida por la Sala de decision penal del Tribunal Superior de Cali, de fecha once (11) de abril de dos mil tres (2003), en la accion de tutela presentada por el senor Jose William Gonzalez contra el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia. En su lugar, conceder la tutela pedida.
- Para el cumplimiento de esta tutela, se ordenara al Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia que, si aun no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, adopte y coordine con el Director de Derechos Humanos de la Policia Nacional todo lo relacionado con la proteccion oportuna que el demandante y su familia requieran, de acuerdo con el nivel actual de riesgo. Al actor se le informaran oportunamente todas las decisiones que las autoridades adopten al respecto.
- Librense por Secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
