- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos adoptados por la Sala de Decisión Penal del Tribunal Superior de Antioquia el 19 de noviembre de 2000, y la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 20 de marzo 2001, mediante los cuales declararon improcedente la acción de tutela interpuesta por el ciudadano Mauricio Mora Greiffenstein contra el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Amalfi, Antioquia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
