Derecho a la seguridad social el debido proceso la subsistencia el minimo vital la dignidad y la igualdad de extrabajadora del hospital a quien la entidad se niega a reconocerle la cuota parte que le corresponde para efectos de la pension aduciendo que dicho reconocimiento esta a cargo del fondo de pensiones territorial de santander para que le sea reconocida la pension.solicita se ordene el reconocimiento de la cuota parte y se abstenga de cualquier dilacion o demora en el pago de las mismas.procedencia excepcional de la accion de tutela para resolver conflictos relacionados con el reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales particularmente en materia de pensiones.la demandante no puede ser considerada como sujeto especial de proteccion como tampoco se informo ni se acredito afecciones en su condicion fisica economica o mental.negada
