Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 15 de Familia de Bogotá D.C. y la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá D.C., por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaría remítase copia del cuaderno de primera instancia a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Cundinamarca para lo de su competencia.
Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
