Primero. CONFIRMAR parcialmente el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Segundo. Civil Municipal del Líbano, Tolima. Conceder la tutela por el derecho al trabajo y ordenar que en el término de un mes, siguiente a la notificación de esta sentencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, el Alcalde Municipal de Montelíbano cancele al trabajador los meses que se le adeudan por concepto de salarios.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
