Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Chinú (Córdoba) el 12 de febrero de 2001. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital del señor Marcial Olea González..
Segundo. ORDENAR al señor Alcalde de Chimá (Córdoba), que dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de ésta providencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, cancele los salarios debidos al señor Olea González. En caso de que no exista la respectiva partida, deberá realizar las operaciones presupuestales para garantizar el pago aquí ordenando, en un término que no exceda de tres (3) meses.
Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
