- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 49 Penal del Circuito de Bogotá en este proceso.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que en el término de 48 horas deje sin efecto la resolución No.027163 del 27 de diciembre de 2000 que negó el reconocimiento de la pensión de vejez a Isabel Torres.
- Tercero. Ordenar a la Secretaría de Hacienda del Distrito que en el término de 48 horas emita y expida el bono pensional correspondiente a Isabel Torres para que con base en él el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, en las 48 horas siguientes, proceda a decidir la petición de reconocimiento y pago de esa pensión de vejez.
- Cuarto. Revocar la orden impartida por el Juez 49 Penal del Circuito de investigar disciplinariamente al apoderado de la actora.
- Quinto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados.
