- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos de tutela proferidos por el juzgado:
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Medellín dentro de los procesos T-293.340 y T-293.343, en cuanto concedieron el amparo de tutela solicitado. En consecuencia niégase la tutela concedida en los referidos procesos.
- Segundo. CONFIRMASE el fallo de tutela proferido por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Medellín, dentro del proceso T- 296.492, que denegó el amparo de tutela solicitado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
