- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por la Sala Civil de Decisión del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fé de Bogotá, el 26 de agosto de 1998 que a su vez confirmó el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Dieciocho Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, el día 23 de julio de 1998, respectivamente, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí establecidos.
