- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta por el menor Ismael Ortiz Verano, por violación a sus derechos fundamentales al libre desarrollo de la personalidad y a la educación.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría General las Comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
